Councillor Sleeps With Pig
Runnymead councillor and pig farmer Randy Roberts admitted to Colin Dale on Radio Sutch today that he had been sleeping with his pig.
He said that since his wife had passed away in 1995 he had allowed his pet sow, Mable, to come into the house. It got to the position where the farmer and the pig started watching TV together. He said she was very good company and things had developed from there. He stated that the pig now lay on his bed and in the winter she kept his feet warm.
When asked what his family thought of this he said he would rather sleep with a pig than an old cow!
